Cecontextedeplusenpluscontraintinvitelescommunesetleurs élusàimaginerdenouvellesformesdesolidaritésetdecoopérations. C’estdanscetespritqu’àl’échelledubassindeviedubocagebressuirais,lesélusont décidédeserassemblerauseind’unecommunautéd agglomération. Au-delà d’une structure de gestion, c’est une « communauté de destin » qui se dessine et qui nous réunit.
