Over at the old Safeway parking lot downtown, passersby will spy the frame of a camping trailer constructed with driftwood. “Jar” and “Ghost Trailer,” arts installations intended to make people wonder, will be a distinctive feature of the 10th edition of Bellevue’s sculpture exhibition.
