The program is a partnership between the City, local merchants and members of the community, and businesses at Five Points Plaza, Bella Terra and Old World Village. Merchants displaying the Surf City Savings logo will offer money-saving incentives and discounts to customers in an effort to encourage shopping in Huntington Beach.
