After all, how
can we care for people if we are the
ones that are sick? By staying well
we cannot only make sure that we
get to work every day, but also are
more productive while we do our
jobs.
Here are some quick tips
for maintaining a healthy work
environment:
•Wash your hands often.
•Keep your workspace clean.
Germs can live on contaminated
surfaces, but cleaning your work
station clear can also make your
job easier!
•Eat healthy, balanced meals.
Breakfast is called the most
important meal of the day for a
reason.
Even a little something
in the mornings can give you
the energy you need to make it
through the day.
•Avoid co-workers who are sick,
and if you’re sick, stay home!
•Drink plenty of water.
