assembled a list of what they believe are their top workout songs, does
it actually mean that those songs are what’s best for their workout?
There is evidence that suggests that people may get their motivation
from different things.
However, there is also evidence that suggests that
certain types of songs are not ideal for being considered a top workout
song.
As a matter of fact, according to some doctors and exercise scientist’s
case studies, some people’s list of top workout songs could actually
be hurting their workout, and even hurting them, literally!
Workout music can do either of two things:
