Business Process Management Specialist Earns Highest Technology Scores

management (BPM) software, today announced that global industry analyst firm Ovum has named Appian to the
prestigious “Shortlist” in its new “Decision Matrix: Selecting a Business Process Management Vendor 2011” report.
