In recent days have made known
openly to the public on possible
reform to be carried out in Articles 86
and 87 of the current Act 30, which is
responsible for governing the
parameters of funding and support of
education higher in our country.
After
this event there has been a
controversial rejection of support and
items as stipulated in the reform and
that from the point of view of
government, this reform will bring
benefits to the university and from the
point of view this will only bring
disadvantaged students.
However in
order to discuss and give our views
on this issue is necessary to know
which is the reform.
The following will
summarize the important points which
are based on reform, so that the
community has general information
and can generate a debate with views
across papers valid arguments.

possibility of entry of private sector
capital to finance the state s higher
