ILC Focuses on Ministry, Retirement Planning, Critical Concerns
Anticipation of spring and Easter served as a fitting
backdrop for the new ideas and hopes that filled the
agenda and outcomes of the March gathering of the
Institute Leadership Conference (ILC) from March
18-23 in Farmington Hills, Michigan. “Leadership
Perspectives on a Sustainable Future for Mercy”
provided the framework for the meeting content
including sessions focused on passion for service,
liberating and redistributing our financial resources,
vibrant community life and the Critical Concerns.
