TALKINGFirstly a big thank you to everyone of you who took
part – over 2,000 of you - either by coming to the
events, completing the online survey or taking part
in the focus groups.
Remember to keep an eye out

We’ve already had some
really positive feedback about them as they are
received back.
Now the Big Conversation events are over and a
few of you might be already thinking that nothing
has happened, is going to happen or that it was all
a waste of time.
Well not quite.
We’ve received
masses of information and a small team of staff are
working their way through all of it.
We’ve already addressed some of those quick
wins that we asked you about.
We’ve cleaned the
Hopper bus stops; memory boxes are available for
the families of children who have died with us and
