Glendale, AZ, January 05, 2010 -- Chef Charles Wade Schwerd has once again set the
mark for fine dining.
Schwerd, who has spent the past two decades carving out a
reputation as one of the Valley?s finest chefs, has brought his brand of steak and
seafood to Glendale with Arrowhead Grill.
Schwerd?s passion for food left an indelible stamp on restaurants such as Mastro?s
