ABSTRACT
The objective of this theoretical paper consists, initially, in presenting a reflection of the quality and
productivity transportation, its evolution and its measures.
In a complementary way and supported by
bibliographical research, to present proposition of quality and productivity indicators for the urban public
transportation operation area by bus.
