Introduction Study of voice pollution is a important branch in the both branch of environmental physics and applied acoustical physics recently locally and globally many scientific work are done by many people for determining range of pollution and effects of voice pollution on daily life [1, 2, 3, 4]. The voice pollution is a public health problem and today government’s policy is reducing voice pollution to minimum in public places and urban, university, school and educational place need more silence space for work and other educational activities and researches show that for American people hearing sensitivity is decreasing by exposure noise hearing loss of 5. 2 Million (6-19) year olds Americans is directly related to noise exposure [5].
