We welcome new reps Marie Claire Stiers and Amanda Daley to our team/meeting. A first portion of the meeting was used to go over some issues for new reps. 2 – Brochures vs. Flyers : As a new rep, depending on your length of association with Avon, you will be shipped a smaller number of outletflyers, NHL, beauty flyers, mark magalogs and Expressions, untilsuch time as you have been with Avon longer. Your mark magalogs can be ordered with a product # from your What’s New, as well as any available seasonal Expressions catalogs where advertised. As an established Avon rep, you willthen receive one outletflyer for every brochure ordered, 1 mark for every 2 brochures ordered, and more often than not 1 Expressions for every brochure ordered as well. 3 – Pricing Adjustments

These products willbe available for purchase in C22, so prepare yourself now and approach groups, organizations, etc. ,who you might think could benefitfrom your fundraising efforts. The information provided to the reps does not specify how long the products willbe available, therefore Jo, your admin, called in to head office to get more information, as well as inquire as to the return policy on these products; the What’s New info states that you must purchase a minimum of 20 units of each product. Here are some tips: 1) Distribute your callback cards in your neighborhood 2) When your first Customer calls you, congratulate her on being the first caller and arrange for a convenient time for you to meet to drop off her prize (a Glazewear gloss). And be sure to bring along brochures to share with her. 3) When your 2nd Customer and every subsequent Customer thereafter calls, thank them for the call and kindly inform them that unfortunately, they’re not the first caller through, however you’d still like to: •Drop off a brochure along with some free samples •Offer your Customer a discount off her

Primarily, it is because they love the product, and you also get a discount. Why do people quit? The #1 reason is frustration on getting started, as well as spending their profits and going into debt unintentionally. If you are in it to make money, the first thing you must do is practice self-control! Put yourself on a budget if you order for yourself. Regarding bundles from your What’s New : be cautious! Unless you know you will be able to sell the product(s), it is not recommended that you spend on those right away. If you do order them, at least try to make your money back on them (your cost) to break even, if nothing el
